So... It's May. I'm terribly behind on my writing of this Blog. But don't give up! I'm still here, just mega busy, stressed and low on all the energy I can muster.
Guess what!? My rights are being deleted off the Earth.

The Supreme Court Hearing & those who funded it, have gone against the Jewish People and our beliefs. Transphobia is, amongst everything else, built on Antisemitic & Racist Beliefs and Conspiracy Theories.
For people who are supposed to be such great "Allies" to Jews and "Proud Zionists"... they actually don't care about other minorities or communities.

Got to pet this little "old gay man" dog today and spoke to this person about dogs in general - turns out that 9/10 gays like dogs. (Shock horror!) I apparently passed the "vibe check" as the dog doesn't usually like men, but I'm a good boy, apparently.

You know how I feel and think, I'm trans and tired. I don't actually feel like I need to make an official statement on whether or not Trans Men & Women are Men & Women because it should be common sense that we are.
Fuck JKR and her funding of the High Supreme Court with all anti-trans organisations in House and no Trans Organisations in Court to represent us.
There is NO ethical way to buy or consume HP Content. NONE.
Stop doing HP Satire Shows and the such. Wait till she's dead - I.e. me & Lovecraft.
I can not condone myself to sell the books to charity shops either cos it still puts them in the public eye. I'd rather someone buy Terry Pratchett's work or LOTR with their money.

May 4th, Today:
So yeah, the day before I went to Torquay to see my Top Surgery Surgeon, (April 16th), (that's happening, btw! Yes! Trans Healthcare on the NHS ACTUALLY exists and isn't a myth!), the Supreme High Court ruled in that Trans Men, like myself, are just "Biological Women living as Men" and are only considered "Legally a Man" if we have a GRC and that Trans Women, like a lot of my friends, are just "Biological Men living as Women" and are only considered "Legally a Woman" if they have a GRC.
The Court Hearing had only Organisations & Charities in who were Anti-Trans, Anti-Non Binary, Anti-Intersex and just... Anti-Gender Diverse, GNC and Queer people as a whole... no Doctors, Scientists or Experts in on the matter, no Trans+ Organisations, Charities or a single Trans Person in... fully funded by the Queen of Transphobia herself, JK Rowling, WHO is the fucking neighbour of the Supreme High Court Judge... the whole thing was rigged from the get go!
The BMA (British Medical Association), (who have 50,000 members, by the way!!!) are legitimately calling this ruling "Scientifically Illiterate"!!!

So the Supreme Court Hearing has stated that under the EQUALITY ACT (2010), (so not the Equality Act from any other year, past or future, the Human Rights Act (any year), European Court of Human Rights (yes, they have it on their website that they're confirming what the "updated" Equality Act (2010) is saying, doesn't mean they HAVE to agree with it their end), the European Convention On Human Rights (any year) and also any other Human Rights Acts/Laws etc. Around the world etc.), a "Woman" is a Woman or a Girl who was "Born Female" and a "Man" is a Man or a Boy who was "Born Male".
And all Trans Men are "Biologically Female".
And all Trans Women are "Biologically Male".
BUT DON'T WORRY! You're STILL allowed to Identify as Trans even without a GRC!
Yeah... we know that, dumbass.
Trans People are STILL TRANS whether or not they:
-Change their name, legally or socially.
-Change their pronouns.
-Change their wardrobe.
-Change their style.
-Change their hair.
-Get body modifications.
-Take HRT.
-Get Top Surgery.
-Get Bottom Surgery.
-Have Dysphoria.
-Get Facial Feminisation or Masculinisation Surgery or Implants.
-Get Body Feminisation or Masculinisation Surgery or Implants.
-Go for Vocal Training.
-Go for Vocal Surgery.
You don't actually have to do any of these things to be Trans, Actually.
(Like "Love, Actually" but much better.)
To be a "Man" all you have to do is in one way or another; just identify as one. To be a "Woman" all you have to do is in one way or another; just identify as one. To be "Non Binary" all you have to do is, (you've guessed it!) in one way or another; just identify as Non Binary.
(Being Intersex or *Altersex is a much more difficult thing, as that's a gift actually given to you at Birth. That's right, being Intersex or Altersex isn't a Disorder, it's a Beautiful Gift. The whole point of the Intersex Flag is that it's a perfect circle; it's whole with no faults.)

But what is a "Born Female/Male"?
Well, in the 88 Page Supreme Court Hearing Document... (Yes! There's 88 WHOLE FUCKING PAGES! And half of it is a load of drivell...) 30-40 pages of it are explaining what the Equality Act (2010, and past editions) are and contain. There's a whole bunch of legal jargon in there going on and on about what Equality, Rights, Law and Discrimination are and what they all mean.
There's also a LOT of mansplaining on what Anti-Woman Discrimination and Anti-Trans Discrimination is too... which is fair, it is a Law Document, after all.
Let's talk about their main points...
So broken down, it states that;
-Discrimination exists and is illegal on all basis.
-Misogynistic Discrimination exists against people who are "Born Women" and "Legal Women" - I.e. Trans Women with a GRC.
-Transphobic Discrimination exists against Trans People, I.e. "Biological Women who live as Men", "Biological Women who are Legally Men (with a GRC)", "Biological Men who live as Women" and "Biological Men who are Legally Women (with a GRC)".
There are no statements on Non Binary People. There are no statements on Intersex People. There are no statements on Altersex People. There are no statements on Gender Non Conforming People. There are no statements on anyone else who is otherwise Gender Diverse.
Throughout.

There are also no solid statements on misandry either. It's all very much Woman based. 🤷♂️
Here they CLEARLY say that Trans People are only "protected" if they have "Gender Reassignment Surgery" and a GRC. It also states that Trans Men are "Legally Men" and Trans Women are "Legally Women" if they do so.
So Trans Men are Men, right?
And Trans Women are Women, correct?
Nope. In the same fucking box they keep INCORRECTLY stating that Trans Men are "Biologically Women/Female" and Trans Women are "Biologically Men/Male", even though we know differently.
Scientists, Doctors and Researchers all know this statement to be true: Trans Women are Women and Trans Men are Men.
I am a Man. My core identity is that I Am A Man. I don't just "identify" as one, I AM ONE.
I just so happen to be a Man, who has Biologically Transitioned.
They go on here to explain that a "Biological Woman" is usually someone who can "get pregnant", "give birth", "lactate" and "breast feed".
Many Cis-Binary-Perisex Women CAN NOT do these things. Are they not Women? Many Trans Women can Lactate and Breast Feed! Does that make them only Semi-Women? Many Trans Men can also do these things too, where does that place them?
There is also... no mention in this document about "Sex Assigned At Birth", "Hormone Levels for Women/Men" nor is there anything in here about "Chromosomes" or "Gametes".
It's like not a single expert or Doctor was even spoken to or consulted. It's almost as if noone in this court knows anything about what they were talking/arguing about. Huh!? Funny that!
So apparently, they just mention over and over that "Sex is what you were Born as", essentially... but you're not actually Born *with* that Sex or Gender, a Doctor or Nurse takes a look at your Genitals and assigns you a Sex based on their exterior shape and design and then you're assigned a Gender Role from day one onwards.
But guess the fuck what, motherfucker?! The Brain and Body doesn't stop developing at Birth though, does it?! Your Brain keeps on changing and developing throughout your fucking life. Neuroplasticity is a fucking marvellous thing! Go read into it! Holy shit! Also read some Temple Grandin whilst you're at it, too. The Brain is constantly changing its Identity and Gender; that's how and why we survive as a species. We move, learn, grow, evolve and change. Gender changes. Gender is fluid. Identity is fluid. We change with the times and our environment. It's literally survival.
The Document goes on to say that Trans Men can't face Discrimination "as a Women" if pregnant. Yes, on paper, that sounds real and logical. That's how the world should be; I should, technically, only be able to face Discrimination as a Man and as a Trans Person. But I don't. I *do* also get Misogynistic Discrimination too and so do my Trans Male & Trans Masculine friends. That's just how the world works.
Again... massively hyperfixated on pregnancy and just reducing Women to baby-making machines. Yeah, I know some people are into that, but Women ARE People, y'know? They're more than just Walking Vaginas.
Also... TRANS WOMEN CAN FUCKING BREASTFEED!
You can read here that they're trying to take away my RIGHT as a GAY TRANS MAN to BE GAY! They're now defining Lesbians as "Women who were born as Women dating other Women who were born as Women"; I.e. AFAB 4 AFAB.
And essentially the reversal of Gay Men are just "Men who were born as Men dating other Men who were born as Men"; I.e. AMAB 4 AMAB.
And all Straight Relationships are AFAB 4 AMAB.
So, they have made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to be recognised as a Legal Gay Man. Even though they've already stated that a Trans Man is "Legally a Man" if I have a GRC and a GRS (Gender Reassignment Surgery).
So whats actually the point of a GRC or a GRS then?
If I date a fellow Trans Man, we're not in a Lesbian Relationship unless we Identify it as one.
(Trans Men and Trans Mascs CAN be Lesbians as Men/Man and Masc doesn't necessarily mean Binary Male etc. And also Butches, Dykes, Bulldog Dykes and Stone Cold Butches, Futches etc. Can count as Trans Masc etc. But we're not going to go down the route of Trans Mascs and Lesbianism right now, that's another blog post for another time. Now's not the time.)
If I date a Cis Guy, we're NOT a Straight Couple. I can tell you now... nothing I do or the people I fuck are close to Straight...
Trans Women have ALWAYS been apart of the Lesbian, Dyke, Sapphic and WlW Culture, History and Community. ALWAYS. No Straight Person or Supreme Court Hearing will take our Community away from us.
Trans Men have ALWAYS been in Gay & Bi+ Male Communities, Spaces and Culture.
We have fought SO hard just to get Gay Married... I won't let them take this away from us now.

-Cis Women ("Biological Women" - not to be confused with Robot Women or Sex Dolls), can face Discrimination when pregnant/lactating/having parental leave etc. (I mean, sure, yeah... but since when has anyone been fucking hate-crimed for being a mother??? Oh, wait... that's Trans People.)
-Trans Women can not face Discrimination for being a Mother or a Parent...
-Trans Men can face Discrimination but only on the basis for being Trans. (???)
-Cis Men can't face Discrimination against being Pregnant or Lactation/Breast Feeding because "they can't do it". (When a lot of Cis Men CAN actually develop Breasts, Lactate & Breast Feed*.
*Gynecomastia & Galactorrhea - are Cis Men Women too??? Apparently so according to the Supreme High Court!)

In terms of talking about a GRC... *sigh...*
Yes, if I have a GRC & a GRS (basically, Bottom Surgery in any sense), that makes me a Legal Man with "Protected Characteristics".
HOWEVER! What the document goes on to talk about is Single Sex Spaces...
Let's talk about that, eh?!
Gender Neutral Toilets, Changing Rooms, Showers and Spaces as a whole... have ALWAYS existed and have never been a problem.
I've been to and worked in MANY venues that are Mixed Spaces, Gender Neutral or "Unisex" Spaces. Never had a problem. Noone else has ever had a problem. It's never been a problem till TERFs/The Right/JKR fucking made it one.
